PCGS were brutal on this coin but probably right. It has lovely full white bloom with only the faintest contacts on the obverse. The reverse looks a full grade point higher and on examination of the catalogue we discover the lowest mintage Australian sixpence. We have estimated the coin commensurate with the grade but I do think cracked out and submitted to a public coin auction the coin would achieve $3000 plus.
